- To streamline the booking process, have one contact person book events for the entire school rather than each classroom booking individually.
- We recommend you book in September, because events will sell-out! At a minimum, please book at least three weeks in advance of any event.
- Education for the Arts will need the following information when booking any event:
(1) The number of students attending and grade levels;
(2) The number of adult chaperones attending. Please limit to one adult per every 12-15 students;
(3) Requests for special needs accommodations, such as wheelchair-accessible seating.
- When booking a visual arts exhibit through the Kalamazoo Institute of Arts, please mention that you are booking through EFA Presents! If you plan to use EFA Presents! Admission Credits toward a visual arts exhibit, please also contact Deb Strickland after booking to inform her of your credit use.
- Please remember to arrange for your own transportation to/from field trips. Education for the Arts does not provide or arrange for transportation, but does offer a partial bus transportation rebate for K-8 students.
