Bus Transportation Rebate for Grades K-8

Education for the Arts provides bus transportation rebates to K-8 schools attending cultural events in Kalamazoo County. The rebate is $1.00 per student, not to exceed the actual cost of the transportation. All field trips on the 2009/10 Repertoire are eligible for the rebate.

Rebate Form and Instructions

• Download a Bus Transportation Rebate Form (PDF) with additional instructions on how to apply.
• Submit one form and copy of your transportation invoice for each field trip.
• To receive the rebate, completed forms and invoices must be received no later than June 1, 2010.
• Reimbursement checks are issued twice a year, at the end of each semester.
• Checks will be issued directly to school districts rather than to individual schools, except for private schools or when a PTO needs to be reimbursed.
