Booking & Wait Lists

EFA handles reservations on a first-come-first-served basis.

If an event sells out, schools are encouraged to join the wait list. Additional seats might become available due to cancellations or reservation changes.

All booking and wait list requests are processed in the order in which they are received.

Tips to Make Booking Fast and Easy

IMPORTANT: Schools must designate one person to schedule events for the entire school rather than having each classroom book individually.

EFA recommends that schools book in September, because events tend to sell out quickly. At a minimum, please book at least three weeks in advance of any event.

EFA will need the following information to complete a reservation:
(1) The date and time you wish to attend the selected performance or exhibition;
(2) The name, phone number and email address of the designated contact person;
(3) The number of students attending the event and their grade levels;
(4) The number of teachers/chaperones attending, limited to one adult per every 12-15 students;
(5) The total number of K-8 students enrolled in your school;
(6) Requests for special needs accommodations, such as wheelchair-accessible seating.

Remember to arrange for your own transportation to and from field trips. EFA does not provide or arrange for transportation, but does offer a partial bus transportation rebate for K-8 students.
